S$20 NTUC voucher when the tuition arrangement proceeds
After the first lesson, the parent confirms the selected tutor. Once Grade Improve receives the applicable tutor commission, the parent’s S$20 NTUC voucher is approved and processed.
If the assignment is cancelled after the first lesson instead of continuing, no tutor commission is payable and no parent voucher is issued.
